শিক্ষার্থী বন্ধুরা,

এ পাঠে তোমাদেরকে কবিতাটি আবার পড়তে বলা হয়েছে। তারপর নিচের শব্দগুলোর সাথে পরের কলামের শব্দগুলো অর্থানুসারে মিলাতে বলা হয়েছে এবং শব্দগুলো ব্যবহার করে বাক্য তৈরি করতে বলা হয়েছে।  প্রথমে তোমরা নিজেরাই চেষ্টা করবে। না পারলে নীচে আমি যেভাবে করে দিয়েছি সেভাবে করবে।

c) Pitch-and-toss	9) A game in which the player who pitches a coin nearest to a mark has the first chance to toss all the coins, winning those that land heads up (এমন একটি খেলা যেখানে প্লেয়ার একটি চিহ্নের কাছাকাছি একটি মুদ্রা পিচ করে তার কাছে প্রথম সুযোগ থাকে সমস্ত কয়েন টস করার, যেগুলি উপরে উঠে যায় সেগুলি জিতে নেয়।)	I do not know about  Pitch-and-toss.
d) Beginning (আরম্ভ, শুরু)	The start of something (কোন কিছু শুরু করা)	The Beginning of the works is very attractive.
e) breathe a word (কথা না বলা)	8) Don’t say a word about something to anyone (কারো সাথে কোন বিষয়ে একটি কথাও বলবেন না)	After losing her son, she didn’t breathe a word.
f) Sinew (পেশী, পেশীতন্তু)	7) A part of the body that connects a muscle to a bone (শরীরের একটি অংশ যা একটি পেশীকে হাড়ের সাথে সংযুক্ত করে)	You can feel pain in the sinew after a heavy exercise.
g) Serve (কাজ/ সেবা/ পরিচর্যা করা)	5) Perform duties (দায়িত্ব পালন করা)	My uncle serves my will that I want to serve my parents.
h) Except (ব্যতীত, তাছাড়া)	Not including (ব্যতীত, তাছাড়া)	I like all my friends except Minu.
i) Will (ভবিষ্যৎ বুঝাতে, ইচ্ছা, অভিপ্রায় ইত্যাদি)	6) To want to do something (কিছু করার ইচ্ছা)	This is my will that I want to serve my parents.
